MANNHEIM, GERMANY. OCTOBER 27, 2020

Park Systems Corporation, a leading manufacturer of atomic force microscopes (AFM) and the Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin (HZB), an internationally renowned and recognized research center in the field of materials for sustainable energy supply, have signed an agreement for joint research and development of metrology solutions for materials science.

HZB has strong expertise in the fields of energy research and quantum materials. Park Systems brings over 20 years of experience in the development of nanotechnology solutions for metrology applications. The cooperation between these two partners bring their specialist knowledge to investigate and improve existing solutions, and develop next generation measurement technologies for future applications in material science.

Park Systems is funding a doctoral thesis for the purposes of the collaboration project. The research is carried out at the HZB with Park Systems AFM instruments.
