University of Naples “Federico II” Italy, Park Systems and Gambetti Kenologia are pleased to invite you to a workshop on Advanced SPM for Material Investigation, which will take place on 19 June at the Deptartment of Engineering, University of Naples.

From piezoelectric material characterization (PFM), electrical properties (KPFM), to nano-optical phenomena of samples we will be covering the advanced SPM characterization methods and their application in material science.

To round up the exciting program, Park System will be demonstrating the new capabilities of the Frequency Modulation (FM) KPFM on the Park NX10 AFM during a live demo session.

Date: Wednesday, 19 June, 2019

Time: 9.30am- 17.00pm

Place: Department of Engineering, University of Naples Federico II, Piazzale Tecchio 80, Naples
