At each of 3 locations we will feature the outstanding capabilities of the Park NX10 AFM in a technical presentation as well as in a live demonstration.

We will be discussing impactful technological improvements for the application fields such us Energy (Solar Cells, Batteries) and Metallurgy (metal coatings and compositions). AFM modes such us Piezo Force Microscopy, Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy, and Electrochemical AFM are in center of interest for the roadshow.
